Most items on this website are part of this inventory clearance; prices for some items have been reduced below standard market levels. Furthermore, inventory is limited, and items may not be restocked once sold out. Nevertheless, we remain committed to doing our utmost to safeguard the basic after-sales rights of our consumers.

Consumers may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving their merchandise.

II. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange if the merchandise you received falls under any of the following categories:
The item has quality defects.
The wrong model or specifications were shipped.
The item sustained significant damage during transit.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the merchandise and must include relevant order information and a description of the issue.
Since the merchant is currently conducting an inventory clearance, stock for certain items is limited; if we are unable to provide an identical replacement item, we will assist you in processing a refund instead.
III. Refund Process
The refund request process is as follows:
Contact Customer Service to submit a refund or return request.
Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
Customer Service will review your application.
Once approved, arrangements will be made for the return or refund processing.
Orders are typically processed on the same day they are received. Shipping takes approximately 2 days; returned items must be shipped back to our designated address for inspection before a refund can be approved.
IV. Refund Processing Time
Once we have received and inspected the returned merchandise, the refund will be credited back to your original payment account within 3 business days.
The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary slightly depending on your specific bank or payment platform.
Although the company is currently in a liquidation phase following a period of sustained financial losses, we will continue to do our utmost to expedite the review and processing of all refunds.

VI. Shipping and Return Instructions
Orders are typically processed on the same day payment is received, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 2 days. If you need to return an item, please ensure that you initiate the return request and ship the item back within the 30-day return window.

We will, however, make every effort to assist our customers in resolving reasonable after-sales issues.
VII. Important Notes
Return requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase may not be accepted.
For returns unrelated to product quality issues, customers may be required to cover a portion of the shipping costs.
