Description
This step-through city bicycle features a low-slung top tube for easy mounting, especially for riders wearing skirts or with limited hip mobility. The frame is made of high-tensile steel and painted with a corrosion-resistant coating. A full-length chain guard covers the entire upper and outer chain run, reducing contact with clothing. The bike includes a brass bell mounted on the handlebar, producing a single ding sound. The 3-speed internally geared hub (Shimano Nexus) allows shifting while stopped, with a gear ratio spread of 186%. The 26-inch wheels are fitted with 1.75-inch city tires featuring a smooth center tread and light side grooves for cornering grip. Coaster brakes (pedal backward to stop) on the rear wheel and a caliper brake on the front wheel provide redundant stopping. The saddle is a spring-loaded comfort type with a width of 25 cm. A rear reflector and front white reflector meet basic night visibility standards. The bike comes with a wheel lock that secures the rear wheel; a separate chain lock is not included. Maximum load (rider + cargo) is 110 kg. This bicycle is intended for paved roads and flat terrain only.
